Daily Fuel – Thursday, December 17th

Do not wait; the time will never be “just right’. Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.

In the absence of a lot of new content this Thursday, let’s begin with some ninja moves and a shout to Mark Poletti and the Kennett crew.

Exercise: A challenging TRX band leg combo. Experiment with the tempo.

Nutrition: In defense of meat. Here is some support for the Primal lifestyle.

And for some local flavor… happy Halladays! Asked about replacing Cliff Lee and having the same jersey number, we can all learn from Roy Halladay’s response. Focus on your strengths and what you can control. Worry about nothing else.

As long as it says ‘Phillies’ on the front, I don’t care what’s on the back. I don’t feel like I’m replacing anybody. I feel like I’ve been given an opportunity to go out and do the best job that I can. And that’s it. Regardless of who was here before me and what they were able to have done. It’s an opportunity to do my best. I won’t think about who was here. I’ll think about what’s to come.
